This full-time, on-site position involves hands-on leadership and operational oversight of our busy automotive glass repair facility. You’ll help manage day-to-day activities, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the quality and efficiency that Raptors is known for.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising day-to-day operations and production staff
- Managing customer requests, complaints, and job scheduling
- Procuring supplies and auto glass materials
- Monitoring inventory, expenses, and operational budgets
- Recruiting, training, and supporting team members
- Ensuring workplace safety, efficiency, and cleanliness
