JOB DESCRIPTION

Positions Available:
Chef / Sous-Chef

Key Duties:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes
  • Plan menus and ensure food quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, cooks, and other chefs
  • Demonstrate cooking techniques and train team members
  • Handle special event meals and presentations
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have 2–3 years of experience as a Chef or Sous-Chef
  • Hold a Safe Food Handling Certificate
  • Can lead a kitchen team with confidence
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Have experience with Brazilian and/or Portuguese cuisine
  • Are eligible to work in Canada
  • Are available to work a flexible schedule
