JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Cabin Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service on every flight
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers at all times
  • Managing in-flight services and responding to customer needs
  • Participating in safety drills and emergency protocols
  • Representing Emirates with professionalism and cultural awareness

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Are fluent in English (spoken and written)—additional languages a plus
  • Are at least 160 cm tall and can reach 212 cm on tiptoes
  • Are high school graduates (Grade 12 minimum)
  • Have no visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Are confident, adaptable, and thrive in a team environment
  • Hold a valid passport and meet UAE employment visa requirements
