ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive professional, efficient, and supportive service. Your role will involve managing inbound interactions, providing accurate information, processing requests, and creating a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism
  • Providing accurate product and service information
  • Processing orders and requests promptly
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensuring each customer interaction is positive and solutions-driven
  • Learning and applying in-depth knowledge of NZ Safety Blackwoods’ products and services (training provided)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous call centre, contact centre, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident using multiple IT platforms
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
