Responsibilities
- Collect keys and daily task assignments from the supervisor.
- Prepare cleaning trolley and necessary equipment for the day.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to hotel standards, including beds, furniture, floors, and room supplies.
- Replenish bathroom amenities and ensure cleanliness of bathroom areas.
- Handle guest belongings with care while tidying and cleaning.
- Coordinate with the Valet Service for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing requests.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, service pantries, and work areas.
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the Engineering Department.
- Ensure guest privacy and comfort during cleaning procedures.
- Follow hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning standards.
- High attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and maintaining hotel standards.
