Key Responsibilities
- Carry out master sanitation tasks across the production plant, including cleaning floors, drains, and production areas using approved chemicals and procedures.
 - Stock and maintain plant hygiene stations, such as foot foamers and hand wash stations.
 - Transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
 - Maintain accurate cleaning records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory standards.
 - Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when required.
 - Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and internal safety protocols.
 - Comply with food safety requirements, including Safe Quality Foods (SQF), FDA, and Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) standards.
 - Support production operations and perform additional cleaning or sanitation duties as assigned.
 
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
 - Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial cleaning preferred, but not required.
 - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
 - Must be fluent in English (verbal and written) to follow safety and operational instructions.
 - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with GMP documentation.
 - Ability to comply with all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.

Physical & Environmental Conditions
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
 - Frequent use of hands and occasional lifting (26–60 lbs).
 - Work environment may involve high noise levels (85+ dB) — hearing protection provided.
 - Occasional stooping, kneeling, or climbing as part of daily cleaning tasks.
