Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and maintaining all surfaces.
• Restock and organize housekeeping trolleys, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
• Use cleaning materials safely and efficiently, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Respect guest privacy and uphold confidentiality at all times.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and exceed guest expectations.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests as needed.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including using stairs and walking between rooms.
• Warm, approachable communication style with both guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the property.
