Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and maintaining all surfaces.
- Restock and organize housekeeping trolleys, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
- Use cleaning materials safely and efficiently, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Respect guest privacy and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and exceed guest expectations.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests as needed.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including using stairs and walking between rooms.
- Warm, approachable communication style with both guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the property.
