Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance to elderly patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist clients with daily activities and promote independence where possible
- Monitor patient health conditions and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals
- Administer medications as directed and ensure care plans are followed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve patients’ overall well-being
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and care protocols at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a caregiver, preferably in elderly care
- Ability to work full-time in a home care setting
- Must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or be willing to relocate before starting employment
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and professionalism
- Willingness to comply with company guidelines and care standards
