Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning services according to Servloop checklists
- Accept and manage cleaning jobs independently within your local area
- Follow clear cleaning standards and instructions for each job
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Upload job photos and updates using a smartphone
- Maintain your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Represent Servloop positively with clients at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning
- Active ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Public liability insurance (minimum $10 million)
- Reliable vehicle for travel between jobs
- Own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
- Smartphone for job access and photo uploads
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
