Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces to meet client expectations
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Assist with light meal preparation or cooking when required by clients
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous residential cleaning experience
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between client locations
