Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client care records
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support client well-being
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
