Job Responsibilities
- Providing domestic cleaning services to older clients in their homes
- Maintaining safe, clean, and hygienic living environments
- Assisting with everyday household tasks to support independent living
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients
- Following client care plans and organisational guidelines
- Traveling between client locations in the Inner West and South East areas
- Communicating effectively with clients and supervisors
- Ensuring high standards of service delivery at all times
Requirements
- An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
- A reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance
- The ability to travel between client locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience, patience, and a caring attitude
- Basic experience in domestic cleaning (preferred)
- Willingness to undergo required background checks
