The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bakery products to stores and customers using a company truck or van while ensuring timely and safe transportation. Responsibilities
- Deliver bakery products to stores and customers using company trucks or vans.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks up to 26 feet.
- Load and unload products for delivery, ensuring items are handled carefully.
- Operate a forklift when necessary for warehouse operations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and follow company procedures.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies while driving and handling goods.
Requirements
- Valid Class C Driver’s License in good standing.
- Ability to provide a current DMV printout if required.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
- At least 1 year of delivery experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Willingness to work graveyard shifts (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM).
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays when needed.
- Experience in food manufacturing or freezer environments is an advantage.
