JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Call Centre Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate information
Handling complaints and addressing concerns professionally
Explaining the services offered and associated costs
Gathering and reviewing customer information to assess and resolve feedback
Delivering high-quality service that reflects the values of the business

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have a secondary school diploma
- Have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or call centre roles
- Are experienced using database software and the internet
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work well under pressure and are detail-oriented
- Are flexible, reliable, and organized
- Are client-focused and work well in a team
