Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living tasks and domestic assistance
- Deliver personal care services respectfully and safely
- Support clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Follow individual care plans and promote client independence
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
- Relevant caregiving experience or Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar)
- Valid Australian open Driver Licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Ability to travel up to 30–40 minutes within the local area
- Availability for Monday to Friday shifts (minimum Monday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Friday)
- Legal right to work in Australia with no restrictions
