Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Participate in clients’ hobbies and recreational activities
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical and mental condition
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their homes
Requirements
- Passion for helping seniors and making a positive impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring, patient, and compassionate personality
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Previous caregiving experience is an advantage but not always required
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
