Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports
- Perform quantity take-offs and support project planning
- Maintain quality control standards across site operations
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in resolving site issues and technical challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of site supervision and project execution
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience in quantity take-off and site management
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
