This role offers permanent full-time employment, on-the-job training, and steady work with a supportive team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Construction Labourer for full-time, permanent employment. You will support construction and mechanical projects by assisting with material handling, site preparation, and general labour duties to ensure work progresses safely and efficiently.
This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, physically capable, and willing to learn new skills on the job.
Construction Labourer – Full-Time – Permanent
You will work on-site at construction locations in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This is an on-site role. Remote work is not available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Construction Labourer, your duties may include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
- Removing rubble and debris from construction sites
- Assisting skilled trades as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Performing other general labour tasks as directed

LICENSING & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
