We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have no formal education requirement
- Have some experience in construction (an asset, but not mandatory)
- Are comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in dusty or noisy environments
- Are physically fit and capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Possess a valid driver’s licence and transportation
- Are available for flexible hours including on-call shifts
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding and forms
- Performing maintenance, cleanup, and site prep
- Assisting with framing, roofing, leveling, and paving
- Directing traffic near construction zones
- Operating or assisting with machinery and equipment
