JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Waiter/Waitress, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking orders
- Serving food and beverages to customers
- Providing menu and wine recommendations
- Performing wine tastings and sensory evaluations
- Presenting bills and processing payments
- Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling any concerns
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff
