Responsibilities
- Wash and clean dishes, pots, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Set up and manage dish stations according to company standards
- Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored
- Assist with general kitchen duties such as stocking and cleaning
- Remove trash and clean kitchen floors and surfaces
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support overall kitchen operations as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food environment (preferred)
- Friendly attitude and good teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and shifts (day/night)
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma preferred (not required)
- Must pass background check and employment verification
