Responsibilities
Transport Services
- Safely transport field and office personnel to designated locations.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
- Keep the assigned service vehicle ready for duty during working hours.
- Ensure a valid driver’s license is carried while on duty.
Vehicle Maintenance Management
- Monitor vehicle condition and determine necessary maintenance requirements.
- Track maintenance schedules, including tire condition and servicing intervals.
- Perform basic checks such as monitoring oil levels and fuel supply.
- Arrange minor repairs when needed to ensure vehicles remain in sound running condition.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and outside.
- Track insurance renewals and vehicle registration deadlines.
- Maintain and submit weekly mileage reports and daily logbooks.
- Return the vehicle to the company in good working condition at the end of each shift.
- Take responsibility for damages caused by negligence.
Administrative Support
- Assist in delivering documents and performing errands when required.
- Support renewal of vehicle licenses and compliance documentation.
- Schedule annual vehicle inspections with the transportation authority.
- Secure necessary vehicle passes or permits from relevant offices or companies.
Requirements
- Valid professional driver’s license.
- Proven experience as a company or service driver preferred.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain records such as mileage logs and maintenance schedules.
- Physically fit and able to work full-time on-site.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy work attitude.
