Altura Cafe, located in Rosedale, is a vibrant and bustling café known for its high-quality food and exceptional coffee. We take pride in offering an outstanding dining experience to our customers. We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as an Experienced Waiter and a Runner/Clearer.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Experienced Waiter or Runner/Clearer, you will be responsible for the following:
Experienced Waiter:
- Greet and seat customers professionally.
- Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and baristas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Runner/Clearer:
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently.
- Clear dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables.
- Keep the kitchen and service areas stocked and organized.
- Assist in maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Support the waitstaff and kitchen team as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Altura Cafe is looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:
Experienced Waiter:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a café or restaurant.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
Runner/Clearer:
- Previous experience in a food service environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy setting and maintain focus.
- Willingness to assist in multiple tasks.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
