ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Factory Worker at BNS, you will be involved in the production of internal doors, working with machinery, hand tools, and power tools to ensure accurate assembly and a high standard of quality. You’ll also take part in measuring, assembling, forklift operation, and routine maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cromwell, Otago, New Zealand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Factory Worker, your duties will include:
- Operating machinery and hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Measuring, assembling, and ensuring quality control of finished products
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Operating forklifts (training provided if required)
- Following health and safety procedures at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience with machinery, hand tools, or power tools (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift operation skills (training provided if needed)

- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and workplace procedures
