KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Farm Hand, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with crop planting, irrigation, and harvesting
- Feeding, caring for, and monitoring livestock (if required)
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment and tools
- Performing general farm maintenance, fencing, and repairs
- Loading, unloading, and transporting farm supplies and produce
- Following safety guidelines and environmental standards
- Supporting seasonal tasks such as hay farming and crop management
