RESPONSIBILITIES
As a General farm labourer your daily duties may include:
- Hand harvesting vegetables and field crops
- Hoeing, weeding, and cleaning crops
- Cutting agricultural crops and seed
- Sorting and grading produce by size, quality, and appearance
- Packing fruits and vegetables for market
- Clearing fields of stones and debris
- Cleaning work areas and equipment
- Examining produce for quality and readiness
