What does a Glass Worker do?
At G.James Glass and Aluminium, our Glass Workers play a crucial role in the handling and processing of high-quality glass products. Based in Smithfield, New South Wales, this is a full-time, on-site role within our NSW Glass Operations team. Experience with glass is highly regarded, but not essential — full training is provided.

Handling and processing glass in various factory operations
Following safety protocols and factory procedures
Participating in team-based work processes
Learning and applying manufacturing skills on the job
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Are committed to safety, accuracy, and reliability
Are willing to learn and follow direction
Have experience with glass (preferred but not required)
