Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual materials for social media, websites, publications, presentations, newsletters, posters, brochures, and reports.
• Collaborate with the Communications & Public Relations division to develop marketing materials that promote programs, events, and initiatives.
• Assist in video production by creating animations, visuals, and graphic elements that enhance storytelling and simplify complex topics.
• Support digital marketing efforts by creating visually appealing content for online campaigns and social media platforms.
• Research, develop, and design innovative visual solutions to strengthen communication strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams, including executive staff and other departments, to deliver creative assets that support organizational goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, and branding principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML, web development, and content management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment screening.
• Submission of a professional portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and brand consistency across platforms.
