The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring precision, strength, and safety across fabrication projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals according to specifications
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, adjusting voltage, wire feed, and gas flow
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Conduct basic maintenance of welding machines and tools
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines
- Perform welding in various positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead)
- Support overtime work based on project requirements
Requirements
- Must be currently available in Qatar
- Valid QID with transferable NOC (mandatory)
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a MIG Welder
- Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques and materials
- Experience in fabrication shops or industrial projects preferred
- Ability to work from technical drawings with minimal supervision
- Trade certification or welding diploma is an advantage
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
