Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to housekeeping standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels and guest amenities
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, floors)
- Dust furniture and fixtures; vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and ready for occupancy
- Inspect rooms for damages or missing items and report to the supervisor
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Transport soiled linens to the designated laundry area
- Replenish housekeeping carts with linens and cleaning supplies
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
Requirements / Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or equivalent
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage
- Physically fit (able to stand, lift, bend, and push carts)
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to stay-in (accommodation provided, if applicable)
- Honest, reliable, and respectful of guest privacy
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
