About the Role
As a Carpenter Helper, you’ll assist our experienced framers with residential construction projects. From loading materials to helping erect walls and roofs, you’ll be part of a hardworking team shaping the homes of tomorrow.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Kelowna, with 40 hours per week and daytime shifts. We’re looking for two enthusiastic team players ready to get started as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
As a Carpenter Helper, you will:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- Remove rubble, debris, and other materials from sites
- Clean up spills and work areas to maintain site safety
- Feed or tend construction equipment as directed
