Bidfood, New Zealand’s largest wholesale foodservice supplier, is hiring Full-Time Pick Packers to join our busy warehouse team in Mangere, Auckland.

About the Role
As a Pick Packer with Bidfood, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and on time. Working across our Drystore, Chiller, and Freezer departments, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and handling stock while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Pick Packer at Bidfood, you will:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Work across Drystore, Chiller, and Freezer environments as required
- Lift and move stock (up to 25kg) safely and effectively
- Operate equipment (forklift/reach truck training provided if needed)
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas
- Contribute to team targets and deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail with good speed and accuracy
- Excellent written and spoken English plus basic numeracy skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Physical fitness to handle frequent heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- No criminal convictions (background checks apply)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and health check (required for freezer work)
