JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Pick and Packer / Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficient and accurate pick-packing of customer orders
- Safely operating forklifts to move and manage stock
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
- Matching stock and ensuring quality control
- Adhering to Work Safe standards and warehouse protocols
- Maintaining an organized and clean working environment
- Participating in full training and ongoing support

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Hold a valid Forklift Licence
- Have experience in pick-packing or warehouse work
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Can lift, move, and scan stock efficiently (RF scanning experience preferred)
- Have a positive attitude and clear communication skills
- Are motivated, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
