ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Operations – Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for assisting with daily warehouse tasks, including processing inwards goods, picking orders, packing, and preparing stock for delivery. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth distribution and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Warehouse Operations – Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing inwards goods, including manual handling of stock from containers
- Operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery
- Picking and packing customer orders using iPads
- Pallet wrapping and preparing stock for delivery
- Following written and verbal instructions accurately
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – Secondary school completion preferred
- Experience – Prior warehouse or picker/packer experience required
- Languages – English
- Valid forklift licence (preferred)
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and stock placement
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliability and ability to work independently or in a small team
- Well presented with a strong work ethic
