KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Bell Captain, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure
  • Escorting guests to rooms and explaining hotel facilities and features
  • Supervising and supporting the bell team in daily operations
  • Securely parking guest cars and delivering luggage and amenities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for guest requests and ensuring timely service
  • Building strong guest relationships through thoughtful and engaging service
  • Planning and executing team activities that foster connection and growth
  • Upholding company policies, safety standards, and professional service guidelines

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: No specific degree required (hospitality training preferred)
  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a bell/guest services role
  • Licence: Valid driver’s license required
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must have legal working rights in Australia
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
    • Enthusiasm for career development in hospitality
