Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to established standards.
  • Ensure beds are properly made and amenities are replenished.
  • Maintain spotless floors, mirrors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow housekeeping procedures and health & safety guidelines.
  • Work proactively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an organized manner.
  • Deliver friendly and professional service to guests when required.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with a strong “Yes I Can!” service mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
