JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Room Attendant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily cleaning and turnover of guest rooms, including linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation in public areas
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs
- Working efficiently within strict timeframes
- Providing friendly and professional service to members and guests
- Supporting the wider housekeeping team to ensure high standards are met

- Availability: Able to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
