Responsibilities
- Observe, document, and report daily activities and security-related incidents
- Monitor for irregular or unsafe conditions that may pose security risks
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety, security, and compliance with regulations
- Respond promptly to emergencies including fire, medical incidents, and hazardous situations
- Activate alarms or contact police and fire departments when required
- Preserve order and enforce organizational rules and policies
- Monitor parking areas for authorized vehicles only
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities and prepare reports
- Provide courteous assistance to patients, staff, and visitors
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
