Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure assigned property or facility
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff
- Conduct regular patrols and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Report suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately
- Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
- Assist visitors and enforce site rules
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Valid Guard Card (Required)
- 1 year of security experience (Preferred)
- Must own a functional modern smartphone
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Physically able to stand for long periods
- Ability to work evening/weekend shifts
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
