JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Spa Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally
- Managing appointments and directing guests to appropriate spa services
- Coordinating with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handling cash register operations and retail product sales
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of spa facilities
- Replenishing towels, robes, and supplies in locker and treatment areas
