KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Waiter/Waitress at The Ned Doha, your duties will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with professionalism and warmth
- Presenting menus and providing detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Anticipating guests’ needs and responding to special requests
- Handling guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and tact
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience – Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within luxury hotels or restaurants
- Languages – English required (Arabic or additional languages are an asset)
- Skills –
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and adaptability
- Product knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Confidence in upselling and making recommendations to guests
