KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Waiter / Waitress at Club Rotana, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Serving food and beverages according to hotel service standards
- Providing menu guidance and recommendations to guests
- Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet
- Preparing and organizing service equipment and stations (mis-en-place)
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Using up-selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Monitoring food and beverage quality and minimizing wastage or breakage

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have:
- A diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- A positive attitude, guest-service mindset, and willingness to learn
