Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & System Construction: Develop warehouse strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives. Design warehouse layouts, plan equipment allocation, and implement warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, storage, and order fulfillment. Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy to optimize task routing and resource allocation.
• Cost Control & Efficiency Enhancement: Analyze costs related to labor, equipment, and space. Implement cost-saving initiatives, streamline processes, and integrate automation tools to improve overall productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Team Leadership & Risk Mitigation: Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Strengthen team execution capabilities, implement safety protocols, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance service processes, driving customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in managing warehouse teams and optimizing warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
