ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Security Guard, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, security, and operational efficiency at warehouse sites. You’ll monitor facility activity, assist with inbound and outbound logistics, maintain detailed records, and interact with clients and emergency services as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Warehouse Security Guard, you will:
- Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse deliveries
- Conduct regular patrols, inspect premises, and monitor CCTV systems
- Respond promptly to incidents, safety concerns, or emergencies
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and emergency services
- Train team members on safety, procedures, and client standards
- Enforce company and site-specific security protocols
- Multi-task using various applications and tools for scheduling and reporting

REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for the job you must have the following:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
(security, warehouse, or construction experience preferred)
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Ability to use Guards Pro, Tracktik, Google Drive, Excel
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with solid multitasking skills
- SAP or logistics experience is a strong asset
Other Qualities:
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to remain calm and focused during incidents
- Strong client-service mindset
