Welder Jobs in Canada. UTV International is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team in Mont-Royal, Quebec. This is a full-time position suited for a certified professional with strong technical expertise in MIG and metal core welding, particularly within a production and quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal core welding and MIG (GMAW) welding on off-road utility vehicle components
• Follow detailed welding and assembly plans, including weld fillet types, sizes, and dimensions
• Control geometry using braces to ensure accurate welded assemblies
• Clean weld spatters and remove sharp edges after welding
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate cranes and lifting chains for assemblies up to 4,000 lbs
• Drive a forklift when required
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional welding experience
• Certified Welder from the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB)
• Strong understanding of welded assembly plans and geometry control
• Experience in quality control processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production priorities
• Physically capable of handling heavy assemblies with lifting equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (French and Spanish are strong assets)
