Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using cutting, bending, and shaping equipment.
• Operate workshop machinery including press brakes, guillotines, grinders, drills, and saws.
• Ensure welds meet required quality, strength, and appearance standards.
• Inspect fabricated components and carry out repairs when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures at all times.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welder/Fabricator (locally or internationally).
• Proven experience in structural welding, workshop fabrication, or site welding.
• Ability to perform welding in multiple positions.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
