JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Receptionist/Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
- Answering calls and directing inquiries professionally
- Filing, scanning, and data entry of legal documents
- Entering AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance information
- Managing office supplies and catering needs
- Providing administrative support to the legal and office management teams
