Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have a trade certificate or diploma (or equivalent experience)
- Bring 3 to 5 years of aircraft maintenance or structural repair experience
- Can work in noisy, confined, or elevated environments
- Are physically fit and able to crouch, lift, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Possess a valid driver’s licence and their own transportation

Your key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing aircraft hydraulic, mechanical, and structural systems
- Inspecting systems to ensure compliance with Transport Canada and company safety standards
- Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling aircraft components
- Installing or modifying engines and aircraft systems
- Supervising and inspecting the work of other mechanics
- Documenting repairs, inspections, and certifications
- Ordering and maintaining parts and supplies inventory
