Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have a trade certificate or diploma (or equivalent experience)
  • Bring 3 to 5 years of aircraft maintenance or structural repair experience
  • Can work in noisy, confined, or elevated environments
  • Are physically fit and able to crouch, lift, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence and their own transportation

  • Hydraulic and flight control systems
  • Experience in aircraft manufacturing or overhaul facilities
  • Proficient with technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance standards

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing aircraft hydraulic, mechanical, and structural systems
  • Inspecting systems to ensure compliance with Transport Canada and company safety standards
  • Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling aircraft components
  • Installing or modifying engines and aircraft systems
  • Supervising and inspecting the work of other mechanics
  • Documenting repairs, inspections, and certifications
  • Ordering and maintaining parts and supplies inventory
