ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Barista at Risen GH, you’ll be the face of our café, serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items with warmth and professionalism. From crafting the perfect espresso to delighting guests with innovative drinks, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
This is a full-time role based at Grand Heights Hotel Apartments, Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Barista at Risen GH, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages consistently to brand standards
- Providing excellent customer service with warmth, energy, and attentiveness
- Receiving and processing payments accurately
- Setting up café service areas and ensuring mise en place before opening
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Managing stock, supplies, and requisitions as required
- Supporting promotions, upselling F&B products, and contributing to revenue growth
- Attending regular training sessions on coffee preparation and menu items
- Assisting other outlets as needed and ensuring smooth shift handovers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1–2+ years of barista or café experience (preferred)
- Strong coffee-making and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- A warm, lively, and energetic personality with a customer-first attitude
- High standards of personal grooming and hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
