JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Butler, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a personalised orientation for all guests about suite features, hotel services, and amenities
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, including luggage assistance, amenities, laundry, and special requests
- Coordinating and delivering all in-suite food & beverage experiences with precision and flair
- Managing guest requests, handling follow-ups efficiently and with care
- Collaborating closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless, high-touch service

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or related roles
- Display strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Are intuitive and adaptable, able to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Possess a professional and well-presented appearance
- Are familiar with Property Management Systems (advantageous)
- Have experience in managing guest itineraries and handling complaints
- Can work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and collaborate across departments
- Have reliable transport to access the remote property
